Was it Wind Who Danced First?

A temporary installation designed to capture the unseen. Suspended strips of silver mylar are held in tension within a rotating circular frame, allowing the structure to respond to wind from multiple directions. As the piece shifts, the mylar reflects its surroundings, light, landscape, and movement, and changes with each site it inhabits. Whether placed along a cliffside, in an open field, or within a forest, the work is both delicate and commanding, translating invisible forces into form. A companion book of images and a poem, along with a short film, accompany the work.
