Was it Wind Who Danced First?

A temporary installation designed to make the invisible visible. Suspended strips of silver mylar are held in tension within a rotating circular frame, allowing the structure to respond to shifting wind from every direction. As it moves, the mylar catches and reflects changing light, fragments of the surrounding landscape, and the movement of those passing by. No two moments, or locations, are the same.

Whether installed on a cliff, in an open field, or the forest, the work transforms the unseen into something tangible: a constantly changing record of the environment. A companion book of photographs and poetry, along with a short film, accompany the work.
